This policy explains what data MindCharge collects, how we use it, and what rights you have. We keep this short because the simpler our data practices, the easier they are to keep.

What we collect

Your email address, if you submit it via the waitlist form.
Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) via our hosting provider (Netlify). These are used to keep the site working and secure.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

How we use it

To email you when the MindCharge app is ready for early access.
To occasionally share meaningful updates about the product (never more than once a month).
To understand how the site is being used so we can improve it.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you want to be on the waitlist. Ask us to delete it any time and we will, within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing vipergrenade@gmail.com. If you're in the EU/UK, the GDPR gives you these rights; if you're in California, the CCPA gives you similar ones. Either way, we'll honor them regardless of where you live.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above. Big changes will be communicated to anyone on the waitlist.
